Heal Yourself

31 May 2026

The deepest wounds we all carry are locked in our subconscious (out of our awareness). Deep memories and subtle impressions, from unfinished experience, rooted in the past. The pain from those wounds comes to revisit, to block and paralyse us in the moment called now. We all know it comes without warning – “Why am I feeling this way, I didn’t mean to do that, I don’t know what made me say that.”

Healing does not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which sends a message to haunt us. It means going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to the core of our self, to the heart of our spirit, where we find the light and warmth of our own core qualities of love and peace. They are eternally present within us they are what we need to heal all our inner wounds.

That’s why this kind of deep healing is called spirituality and not therapy.

This message offers a deeply gentle truth: healing isn't about chasing every echo of past pain—it's about remembering who we truly are.

We all carry invisible marks from the past. Some are subtle impressions, others deep emotional imprints. And though we may not be aware of them consciously, they still show up in our lives—like a sudden wave of sadness, an overreaction, or a moment of confusion where our response feels out of character. It's easy to feel helpless when we don’t know where these feelings come from or how to fix them.

But here’s the powerful shift: true healing doesn’t mean tracking down every wound. That would be exhausting, maybe even impossible. Instead, it means diving deeper than the pain—to the level of being itself. Beneath all our history, beneath every unfinished story, there’s something untouched: our original self.

This self isn’t broken. It doesn’t carry fear or shame. At the center of our being is a calm, glowing presence made of peace and love. And it’s always there—quietly waiting, like a lighthouse behind the fog. When we reconnect with this core, we don’t have to “fix” everything. The light of our spirit itself brings the healing. The pain may not vanish instantly, but it begins to lose its grip.

That’s why this journey is spiritual. It’s about awareness and remembrance, not repair. It’s about rediscovering the truth that we are not the sum of our wounds, but the presence that can contain and soothe them.

In everyday life, this could look like moments of silence, stillness, self-kindness, or just breathing into a sense of wholeness without needing answers. Healing, then, becomes less about solving and more about simply being—and from that being, comes peace.
