With so many choices and decisions, so many demands from people and events, in our modern fast changing world, it’s a real challenge to ‘keep it simple’.
I am a humble being who is open to receiving new signals from life as well as the courage to act on them. I realise it’s the simple things in life that create wonder.
I appreciate fresh air, sunlight, flowers and a smile.
