Appreciation – Noticing Goodness

01 May 2018

Even if I don’t mean to be critical, I often unconsciously focus on others’ weaknesses and mistakes. The more I develop the habit of noticing goodness and only holding on to the good in others and in situations, the more my own sense of well-being will rise.

When I continually think: ‘He/She is wrong’, I create a barrier that prevents me from reaching my own goodness.

The more I can accept the good in myself, the less I find to criticise in others!! This one I find much more difficult but both are eminently worth all the energy and reverence I can muster.
I always look forward with enthusiasm to your inspirations (especially the pix!). The ‘whole being’ nature of their provocation never ceases to delight me. THANK YOU, BLESSINGS.
